We were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade to a higher floor room with lounge access. The lounge had a nice ambiance and offered limited but appreciated happy hour options. The complimentary phone and free local/long-distance calls were a convenient perk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for getting around and sightseeing. The location was ideal, with nearby MTR stations and plenty of dining options.

The view from the room was nice. The next subway station is just a few minutes away. There is a supermarket across the street. Friendly staffs. They provide a mobile phone in your room so that you use it to make calls and access to data, when going out and about. Save you the trouble of purchasing a sim card. You can also use the phone as a hotspot to your existing phone. Lots of shops around to buy anything you may be missing, if not a 10-15mins walk to the station and shop centre. Decent sized TV. Breakfast was quite good. The bed was comfy and the blackout curtains did their job well. The refrigerator, two complimentary bottles of water and the free shuttle service were a nice plus. The staff was helpful and the location was good.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible to the MTR station as we could walk to the Mong Kok or the Olympic station. The free shuttle service was a bonus. The hotel also had a lot of good restaurants nearby, and we really enjoyed the famous roasted meat shop right opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

Room was compact yet clean and well-maintained with useful amenities including adapter and complimentary water. Location provided easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportations such as Kowloon MTR station and bus stops across the road to Shum Shu Po market, and nearby tourist sites. The rooms were clean, and some had nice views. The staff were friendly, and some of them were thorough in their work, such as Ms. Joey Yip from housekeeping, according to a previous guest.

We really enjoyed staying at this venue. It is located in a bustling district, which means there are plenty of food options and it's easy to get around, being close to the MTR station. We were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly the manager, who accommodated our request for a room on a high floor. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We especially liked the bar/lounge area and restaurant, which had an excellent buffet breakfast.
